And then you practice at home for a while what you have learned there and then you do a Kundalini intermediate level seminar or maybe a Kundalini Yoga intensive practice week. There you practice intensively several times a day. And then you will also learn the energy awakening exercises. You can then continue to practice at home and then your practice will last several hours a day. It can also be used in connection with a normal job, provided you know that the job cannot be in the foreground and that your family cannot also be in the foreground.

Satisfied lifestyle

Intensive energy exercises require quite a bit of time and a consistent, satiated lifestyle. But three to four hours of daily practice, typically reducing the need for sleep to six hours. Then you still have 14 hours for other things. So four hours of practice, six hours of sleep, is ten hours. Two hours for food preparation, etc., you still have twelve hours.
